Tools: In this module you will find a link to national company registration office also example of an Agreement Contract, a Letters of Understanding (LOU), and a Vesting Contract.

If you are in need of signing a contract with a supplier or any other key partner you will find some agreements and contracts models.
If you are about to make a partnership consider signing a Letter of Understanding to make the plans happening! You will find a model of a LOU in this module.
Also, if you do not know about the commitment and performance of your teammates we recommend the team leader to use vesting contracts with the fellow team members, to assure they will contribute and get ownership according to their contributions!
